With Medical Courier Elite, you have the ability to fully customize your users
along with their priveledges.
Administrators have full control over which devices may synchronize. This will
prevent in-active devices from uploading data.

Courier Elite allows you to easily manage your routes. Couriers can
choose their normal route or any other route defined in the system. The
courier may also search for a site if necessary.
With Medical Courier Elite, your couriers will have site information at their
fingertips. Couriers can view their estimated time of arrival, address
information, and can quickly discover site contact information.

Specimen tracking is easy. Specimens are scanned once during pick-up and once
during delivery. This ensures that each of your specimens have made
it to the lab. If a specimen does not get scanned during the delivery,
the courier will be notified immediately. Through Medical Courier Elite
Web, you lab manager will have access to all of this information at the
moment of synchronization. This will allow for quick response time on
possible issues. |

Need proof of delivery or pick-up? Medical Courier Elite will allow you
to retrieve a signature from necessary figures. Once a signature is
collected, and uploaded to the server, it may be viewed from Medical Courier
Elite Web. |

Couriers can synchronize any time they have an internet connection. During
synchronization all of the courier's collected data will be uploaded to our
servers and a fresh copy of your lab's route information is downloaded to the
device. All information is encrypted using SSL.
During synchronization, the application will also determine if there are updates
available for the application. If there are updates available, they are
downloaded installed. This will ensure that your courier's devices will
stay updated will minimal maintenance work.

Medical Courier Elite Client was developed using the latest
.NET technologies from Microsoft. By using these technologies we
are able to provide the users with a robust user interface in a managed
environment.
Medical Coureir Elite also utilizes XML Web Services for data transfer. This technology
allows us to provide you with robust connectivity options without compromising
the security of your existing network infrastructure.
