We have been impressed with Medical Courier Elite on many different levels.  We appreciated the rapid, well-organized implementation.  Almost immediately, we used the administrative tools to rearrange routes, track specimens with missing information, and monitor pick up and drop off times.  Lastly, we were pleased with the marketability of the product and the positive feedback from clients concerning the increased security of their specimens.

Before MCE we had to use clipboards for counting and separating the specimens. This took time. Now with MCE, we can rely on an accurate count in a quicker amount of time.

Another benefit about MCE is that every courier’s route is programmed into the system. If another courier has to run another courier’s route, the program will give them complete access to that route.

Finally, at the end of the day, the MCE lab scan will let me know that I delivered all the specimens back to the laboratory.
